As we conclude our first home with Bedbrock (though certainly not our last), I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with David and his team, which was an exceptional experience. The construction industry, much like the automotive industry, has its share of businesses that excel and those that cut corners. David, along with Trevor and Ben, represented Bedbrock with professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine care for their customers. I also want to commend Mickey Ackerman, who, although not part of Bedbrock, is an incredibly talented designer who holds your core values of integrity and excellence. He and my wife connected as if they were old friends which is not an easy task to find such a genuine connection and collaboration.
As the project progressed, we had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Canedy and his team. Dennis proved to be not only ethical and honest but also a highly skilled and engaging landscape designer and architect. I’ve learned more about Bougainvillea and African Sumac than a mind can handle.
Initially, our relationship was smooth, although we did have to teach David a bit of Canadian terminology, particularly the phrase "a budget is a budget." Once David grasped this concept, everything went seamlessly.
As you know word of mouth is the best form of advertising and we have already referred a few people to both David and Dennis and as we get more settled in we will continue to refer more and more.
