Paradise Valley

main

From a wide selection of fine dining to lavish real estate, Paradise Valley has a seemingly endless array of luxuries. The defined exclusive area happens to be Arizona’s wealthiest community and its beautiful weather and slow-paced lifestyle make it one of the top locations for families, singles, and retired. Centered around the iconic Camelback Mountain which is commonly known as the waterfront of the desert, Paradise Valley is the most sought-after location to live in Arizona. Throughout Paradise Valley’s 50 plus years of history, the community has aimed to uphold the Town’s original mission - “to maintain a residential community in a quiet country-like setting with little government intervention”.

During the late 1800’s cattle and agriculture still occupied most of the land in Paradise Valley. The establishment of the Town of PV did not begin until around the early 1950’s when Phoenix and Scottsdale were looking to expand their perimeters. At the time, the homes in PV were moderate in size, they were on large plots of land and ranged from one to five acres. The residents’ main objective was to keep zoning to a one house per acre minimum, to keep the area entirely residential, and to keep government regulations to a minimum. On May 24, 1961, the Town of Paradise Valley was established.
