After moving to Arizona 3 years ago she has traded in skis for golf clubs and learned to love the natural beauty of the state. As a foreigner she had to research and navigate the many pockets of unique communities in the Valley with good help from her husband, an Arizona native and golf enthusiast. Together, they love to explore local gems, travel, cook and entertain with family and friends.
Lenny Traw is a third-generation Arizona native with more than 42 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive experience and expertise in every discipline of real estate, including multi-family, industrial, land development, acquisition, and assemblage.
Lenny began his career owning his own apartment units at the age of 24, and gained substantial experience in establishing real estate limited liability partnerships. Lenny’s experience includes owning and developing industrial parks, multi-family and commercial properties procurement and sales, and large track assemblages - including a 23000 acre parcel in New Mexico. He has a long history with and deep understanding of the many aspects of real estate investment, procurement, and financing, including traditional lending, hard-money lending, and other creative financing strategies.
As a bilingual businessman, Lenny is fluent in both English and Spanish. This, combined with his love for people, family, and community has made him highly regarded and successful with clientele, business partners, associates, and friends that span the spectrum of economic, education, and success levels. A well-respected community member, he has sat on the boards of the Glendale Leadership and Development organization, as well as the Arizona Senior Golf Association. He currently attends the First Southern Baptist Church of Scottsdale.
